An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Support Services Administrator in Worcester!

Our client is the UK's market leader in the manufacturing of domestic Gas Boilers. They are a global brand whose products and solutions are in use on every continent. Manpower are looking for a Support Service Administrator to join the fantastic Support Services team based at their UK Headquarters in Worcester.

About the role

The overall purpose of this role is to deliver World Class service by providing a wide range of financial and administrative functions to our highly successful business. The main function of the role is to support the whole team on various tasks, so these could sometimes be basic administration as required. Your main responsibilities will be:

  • Entering Manual job sheets from subcontractors onto SAP
  • Claims administration
  • Invoicing and administration to customers and key accounts
  • Daily checking of billing requests
  • Administration for refunds and compensation costs
  • Renewable contracts administration
  • Processing completed jobs, adding engineer notes, work times and generating fees using correct resolution codes
  • Processing weekly remittances, ensuring payments received are correct
  • Customer service interactions via telephone and email
  • Filing and other general administration tasks

You will be working within a great team, you will contribute to the overall performance and work towards achieving and maintaining the department and your own personal goals.

Hours of work

40 hours per week - 08:00 to 17:00 Monday to Friday (with 1 hours unpaid lunch break each day)

The benefits

You'll be joining us on a full time temporary basis for approx. 6 months for a large reputable company in Worcester.

  • Initially the pay will be £7.83 per hour and after 12 weeks, your pay will automatically increase to £8.70 per hour (weekly pay)
  • You'll start with 28 days annual leave (including bank holidays), but after 12 weeks this will increase to 33 days (including bank holidays)
