Loading Bay Operative

Manpower's Driving and Logistics hub is looking for a motivated individual to work with one of our national clients in Alton. The client is part of a large logistics and delivery chain and your role will be to work alongside the team in the warehouse unloading and loading the vehicles with parcels ready for delivery.

Assignment details:

• The assignment is temporary on an ongoing basis with opportunities to be made permanent for the right candidates
• The working days are 5 days per week - Monday to Sunday
• Up to 40 hours per week
• The working hours are between 16:30- 21:30

Pay rate: £7.18 - £8.19 Under agency workers regulations.

The role of a warehouse operative will include:

• Unloading of vans or HGV's of parcels
• Loading vans or HGV's with parcels ready for delivery. Making sure they are loaded in a way that maximizes efficiency
• Working with your team to ensure all operations run smoothly
• Some heavy lifting/repetitive lifting
