PART-TIME CUSTOMER SERVICE ADVISOR
TEMPORARY CONTRACT - UNTIL END OF AUGUST - COULD BE EXTENDED
£9.50 PER HOUR
10 HOURS PER WEEK
MONDAY - FRIDAY - 18:00 PM - 20:00 PM
An exciting opportunity has arisen to work on a temporary basis for the UK's leading self-storage company working on behalf of their Out of Hours team in their Customer Service Centre. The role will involve taking calls from existing customers who are looking to access their storage units once the stores have closed for business. This role is on a Part-Time basis and my client are looking for somebody to come in ASAP to work 10 hours per week - Monday - Friday 18:00 pm - 20:00 pm.
The role will involve answering telephone calls from customers who are wishing to access their storage units after store closing times. You will be reading off a script provided by the client and will help customers with any issues they are currently having. This will also involve processing any orders they may want to place and working out payments over the phone to them.

- Proficient in all Microsoft Office programmes
The role will be covering an employee with long term sickness and the contract is until the end of August 2018. There is a possibility that this role will be extended and you would be required to complete a one stage interview process. In addition to this, you will be fully trained on the Out of Hours operation and my client would ideally like a candidate who is able to start ASAP.
