Tooling Repair Technician

My Client is an aluminium recycling & waste reduction agent, priding themselves in the work they undertake to promote sustainability in global recycling programmes. As part of this programme, they are growing their operations at the Warrington site, & have an exciting opportunity to introduce an Tool Repair Technician to the Team.

What does your new role look like?

The primary purpose of your new role is to carry out servicing, refurbishment and maintenance to Mould and Casting tables, to support the ongoing growth in the business, ensuring that all machinery operates without fault.

As a Tooling Repair Technician , you will work as a key team member you will be working to align Mould servicing and maintenance, including:

• refurbishment of Mould and Mould table consumables,
• filters stab couplings etc.
• Preparation and repairs of the Casting table.
• Storage and identification of all the associated component parts.
• You will have the capacity to support with other Moulds/Casting related activities (bucket tests and alignments).

What do you need to succeed as a Tool Repair Technician?

• Attention to detail
• Proficient user of shop floor tools
• Proven ability to follow work schedules in a timely manner
• FLT and Crane license
• Good verbal communication skills
