Helpdesk Advisors

Manpower are delighted to be recruiting once again for RM Results.

We have a number of seasonal opportunities for help desk advisors. This is a temporary seasonal assignment running from the 30th August until the 23rd of November with potential extensions.

Advisors will work Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm.
Advisors will be supporting an exam checking exercise and will answer calls and emails from headteachers and data managers regarding KS2 qualifications, GCSE's and A Levels.

In order to be considered for this assignment, You will have excellent communication skills and be comfortable dealing with phone based queries. You will have strong IT skills and have experience in a fast paced professional environment. Attention to detail is also imperative to the success of this assignment. Additionally, you will be able to pass a disclosure Scotland check.

Full training will be provided. Parking is available and the site is located on a good rail link from Glasgow.
