An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a world leading global organisation; our client Upfield Foods is currently seeking a Senior Reward Analyst based in Victoria, London. This is a full time, temporary role for a period of 12 months, Monday to Friday, paying between £36,800 to £45,000 to start ASAP.

Strong Excel skills with Pivot tables and V-lookups and a resourceful self-starter who is happy creating new processes based on Data would be well suited to this role.

Reporting to the Reward Director of Upfield Foods this position is responsible for providing analysis and reporting for all Reward products and services along with establishing and monitoring processes that support these programs.

Work collaboratively with Reward and HR colleagues to share current thinking, best practice and ideas in order to generate the best possible reward solutions. Share geography/market insight to support the evaluation and continuous improvement of Global Reward solutions and plans

Provide day to day support of all benchmarking, market analysis, job evaluation and compensation project management. Support the development of best in class Reward solutions and help in the creation of relevant processes, policies, systems and tools

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement processes, programs and tools that support the business in maintaining market competitiveness
  • Benchmark, analyze, review and provide recommendations on changes to compensation and benefits at the country level
  • Maintain databases, develop and manage a simple suite of analytics to support Reward & HR team members on reward matters
  • Participate in and maintain all salary surveys and engage with industry and professional peers in order to gain greater market insight
  • Monitor pay plans and practices to make sure that they remain competitive to internal and external markets
  • Analyse the data to support business growth and targeted Reward investments
  • Perform regular and ad-hoc market pricing exercises
  • Ensure compensation and benefits standards comply with company policies and/or other regulations or legislation.
  • Participate in salary budget planning
  • Coordinate communication of compensation and benefits information to employees and HR
  • Provide on-going and ad hoc analysis of pay projects
  • Stay current on compensation laws and regulations in order to ensure Company compliance
  • Help prepare government filings, plan audits, or other tax-reporting requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with Data Privacy and Protection Guidelines
  • Support annual compensation processes such as merit review, bonus planning, salary surveys

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics or general Business Administration
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in a multi-national corporate environment supporting complex compensation analytics and processes
  • Experience in or aptitude for operating systems based projects and strong technical competence
  • Some experience with major HR consulting group such as Willis Towers Watson or Mercer a plus
  • Proven ability to analyze complex information and data, and communicate findings clearly and effectively.
  • Strong technical skills (Excel, Word, Powerpoint) required; good familiarity with HRIS such as Peoplesoft or Workday.
