Ireland's leading business law firm is seeking an experienced Marketing Executive to join the firm's dynamic and fast-paced marketing team.
This role will primarily support and help drive implementation of the firm's digital, content marketing, CRM and brand strategy.
This is an excellent opportunity to work in a rapidly growing firm, where you will work directly with senior partners and specialist legal teams, helping to drive multi-channel marketing campaigns whilst providing proactive and high-quality marketing support, and supporting the delivery of excellent client service further strengthening of the firm's position as a leading business law firm.
Primary Responsibilities:
* Web & Digital: including management of the firm's website, social media channels, email marketing campaigns.
* Content Marketing: Supporting initiatives to create content and thought leadership, and optimising distribution across multiple digital channels.
* Brand & Design: Coordinating and designing marketing collateral and graphics (including PowerPoint presentations, posters, invitations, brochures), liaising with external suppliers where relevant, and supporting any brand and messaging projects as they arise.
* Events: supporting the digital promotion and communication of the firm's events and activities to maximise profiling opportunities
* CRM: managing CRM campaigns and employing the firm's CRM tool to input and maintain information on clients and contacts, including mailing list management, and tracking marketing related CRM activities.
* PR, Advertising & Sponsorships: including drafting press releases, researching media opportunities, implementing third-party partnerships and sponsorship/speaking arrangements, and directory listings.
* Supporting internal communications and internal marketing.
* Market Research
* Reporting on KPIs: monitoring and tracking the firm's online and social presence, digital campaigns and CRM activities and inputting into quarterly and annual reports.
Skills and Experience:
* Third level qualification in marketing or equivalent.
* Minimum five years' post qualification experience in marketing and communications.
* Previous experience working in a professional services firm.
* Strong Microsoft PowerPoint, Word and Excel skills.
* Proficient using CRM-based, web content management and email marketing systems - experience with Vutur, Wordpress, Modx, InterAction an advantage.
* Understanding of content marketing and proven experience in drafting content and optimising distribution.
Personal Attributes
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, in particular, good copywriting and proofreading skills.
* A solid understanding of web-based and digital marketing techniques including Google analytics, SEO.
Location: Dublin 2 - City Centre
Temporary contract: 10 - 12 months (Maternity leave)
Salary: In accordance with experience.
