Salary £17,583 to £20,423 inclusive of company bonus.

At our UK engineering and manufacturing facility in Plymouth Devon, Rittal-CSM is currently looking for Production Welders to work on a range of shifts in our Sheet Metal departments.

Duties include:
* Manual MIG/MAG welding.
* Manual TIG Welding.
* Operation of robotic welding cells.
* Working as part of a fast-paced Production Welding team.
* Carrying out and recording of quality checks.

Knowledge and Skills:
* Good competency across a range of welding techniques.
* Understanding of drawings and weld symbols.
* Understanding of weld parameters.

Benefits:
* Salary range is dependent on skills, completion of internal training on a range of product lines and is inclusive of our monthly production bonus.
* We operate a fixed, three-shift system with the back shift (1500 - 2300) receiving a 25% premium and the night shift (2300 - 0700) receiving a 33% premium on basic rates.
* Overtime is available and is paid at time and a half Monday to Saturday with double time on Sundays.
* You will receive 25 days holiday plus Bank Holidays.
* The Company pension scheme will match your contributions up to 5%.

Agency contracts operate on a 12-week temp to perm basis.
