Great opportunity for an experienced Administrator who enjoys and thrives working in a high end customer service environment!!! The role itself and purpose?

Assist the Operations Manager on company projects, events, and wider operational requirements in-line with company strategy and ensure business objectives are met. Support and facilitate the different departments operationally and convey information and instructions when required to make for a smooth operation for the business. Advise and think ahead, anticipating opportunities that can add value, spotting any potential problems ahead of time and bringing about resolution where possible; dealing with multiple projects at any given time with a high level of detail.

Responsibilities will include assisting with completing larger business projects with the Operations Manager. Manage allocated projects from concept to completion following brief from Operations Manager within budgets set.

Ongoing Cost analysis on projects and negotiation when procuring goods and services for the business. Co-ordinate weekly van run. Support with development of the new fabric collections. Support with the organisation of launching a new fabric collection; including data input into SAP, Sampling Master data, and iAPP data. Development of accessory collections.

Responsibility for keeping the accessory standard stock collection sketchbook updated. Support in organising exhibitions following critical pathways and meeting deadlines set.

Maintaining good communications with the operations division and support other business areas operationally if required. Assisting with any events held at Head office or Showrooms.

Administrative support including collating and creating data for reports. creating purchase orders, power point, and Visio. Assisting with all special clients and their requests.

Managing facilities including fire alarm tests and general maintenance/presentation. Positive feedback and input on projects to mitigate any foreseeable issues and make for the best outcome for the business. Ad-hoc duties when required to meet the need's of the business.
