Business Development Manager
Due to impending retirement we have an incredibly rare opportunity for a highly experienced and strategic Business Development Manager to take ownership of one of our client's most lucrative market nationally.
This fantastic opportunity with one of the UK's leading energy suppliers, will see you negotiating volume energy, home services, phone and broadband sales with new private and public housing developers throughout London.
With access to a development database you will be responsible for identifying, qualifying and prospecting senior stakeholders and creating compelling proposals to secure new business. In addition to this you will also be engaging Local Authorities and Housing Associations to secure their 'void' properties and to increase footprint within this area.
Because of the highly regulated nature of this industry a previous background within a similar industry would be advantageous. Failing that you must be able to demonstrate a sound knowledge of compliance, legal and regulatory standards is essential. You will need exceptional customer focus along with detailed knowledge and experience of B2B sales and bid/proposal methodologies, P&L's and commercial drivers.
