Delivery Coordinator

Location: Salford Quays

Contract: 12 Months

Hours: 40 hours - Monday to Friday between the hours of 08:00am and 17:30pm

Salary: £18,200pa / £8.75ph

As a delivery coordinator, you will be responsible for delivering B2B products to an agreed success criteria and SLA's ensuring best practice is adopted and customer expectations are managed.

It is essential that we put the needs of the customer at the centre of everything we do. Through managing third party suppliers and scheduling engineering works the individual will be responsible to maintaining fluidity across our Wholesale B2B teams.

The role requires a positive and can do attitude and willing to solve problems. Working as a team is essential while striving to meet our operational targets.

Daily Tasks

• Manage and escalate issues as appropriate via the correct channels
• Manage 3rd party suppliers as necessary
• Meet reporting requirements including provision of information to all appropriate parties
• Identify and manage dependencies which may affect the success of deliveries
• Delivery and understanding of B2B product orders to agreed success criteria and SLAs
• Manage customer and stakeholder expectations through regular reporting and communication both on and off site.
• Ensure timely control action to mitigate the impact of issues on delivery.
• Ensuring the use of best practice (including adoption of appropriate standards and methodologies)
• End to end order management
• Commercial awareness
• Meet customer and business needs
• Collaborate with peers to deliver service improvement plans for key partners
• Prioritise workload ensuring the customer comes first

Experience required:

• Strong Organisational Skills
• Experience of delivering business objectives
• Service Delivery/ Customer Relations Experience
• Provisioning / Order entry experience
• Telecoms / ISP experience
• Data and Ethernet knowledge
