An exciting opportunity has arisen for a 2 x Projects Co-ordinators working within our client supplying distinctive and luxury bathroom products. This role is based at their facility in Dartford. This is a full time role, working 8.30am to 5.30 pm Monday to Friday, working a 40 hour week. This role is paying between £20K and 24K dependant on experience. This role also offers 21 days holiday, with an extra day for every year of service, capped at 25 and pension scheme auto-enrolment.

Project Support Co-ordinators are primarily responsible for tracking live quotes and opportunities and support the external specifications team. The role entails project managing all projects which fall within a set area to the highest possible standard to ensure that we have the best possible chance of that project becoming an order.


Projects begin life an initial enquiry from a customer which is quoted by our Estimating team. Once quoted, our Project Co-ordinators call and speak with the project-specific key contacts with the aim of identifying the key information we need to know to ensure effective project management. This includes who the decision makers are, timescales and what support we need to offer our customer. After every call, a future call is diarised and this process continues right through to order stage.

Repeat business is very important. Our Project Co-ordinators will build excellent relationships with customers and deliver outstanding customer service at every opportunity.
In addition to this, you will proactively generate new business opportunities. New business generation is the key to or future success!

This exciting position will suit a candidate that is a good team player, has an excellent attention to detail, and is accustomed to working in a fast-paced environment with talent and determination. The successful person would also have:

  • Previous experience in a similar role within the commercial construction or projects arena
  • Proven project management and co-ordination skills
  • A flexible approach, willing to go the extra mile to ensure that customers receive outstanding customer service and internal targets are achieved
  • To be resilient and determined with the ability to work under pressure and meet demanding deadlines and to find solutions to challenges
  • Excellent communication with a strong attention to detail
  • Ability to multi task

Role and Responsibilities

  • Working as part of an internal team
  • Working together with the External Specification team
  • Delivering outstanding service to all customers
  • Achieving team targets
  • Making quality appointments for the team's Specification Manager to attend
  • Day to day project management of approximately 200+ projects
  • Managing a diary of outgoing project calls, plus incoming calls from customers
  • Making and maintaining accurate project notes & information on CRM
