Hours: Monday - Friday 0900 - 1730

A field based Service Engineer is required for the Durham and surrounding area, the primary role is to repair and maintain photocopiers, multi-functional devices and printer's responding to call outs within response SLA's and with a professional manner.

The Photocopier Field Service Engineer will ideally need previous MFD, photocopier engineer experience however not essential. The role will involve installing and repairing photocopiers MFDs on customer premises, provide advice and in some cases training to customers, and must have proven excellent communication skills, customer service and customer facing skills. A good knowledge of PC's is essential as the use of is key to this role.

A good knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft applications, general networking / IT understanding is essential for this role.

This is a challenging role but rewarding working in a busy environment, full training for the right candidate will be provided by our client. Reporting to the onsite Service Delivery Manager and working with the current on-site support team to deliver the contractual SLA.
