My client is seeking a Contracts Administrator to join an international blue chip company based in Uxbridge. You will be providing administrative support to the sales process. As a Contracts Administrator you will have excellent attention to detail and the ability to adhere to deadlines.

You will be required to input assignments onto the in-house system, ensuring payroll and billing deadlines are met accordingly. This is a Temp- Perm role, full-time Monday - Friday, salary £18k. This organisation offers a great working environment and is at the forefront in its industry.

Responsibilities:

  • Input contractor assignment details
  • Uploading received documents to the system
  • Credit checks for new business clients.
  • Confirming terms and conditions are agreed with clients.
  • Data provision / KPI management as required.
  • Administering mail shots
  • General Admin duties.
  • Filing & photocopying
  • Ability to enter data quickly and accurately.
  • Prioritising work load.
  • Maintaining client and application records.

Skills:

  • Advance level word - desirable
  • Advance level excel - desirable
  • Advance level Power point - desirable
  • Ability to use Outlook and the internet.
  • Flexible attitude and approach.
