Customer Service Centre Asset Management Assistant, Tadcaster
£17,478 basic - £20,456 OTE
Inclusive of pensionable salary, an unsociability payment and an expected £2,978 p.a. discretionary incentive paid quarterly (subject to Company performance against targets).

Working Hours: 35 hours per week Monday - Saturday between the hours of 9am to 6pm (Only one Saturday in every Four Weeks)
An opportunity has arisen within the Customer Service Department for an Asset Management Assistant; this is a permanent position that will report into the CSC Team Manager, Asset Management.
You will work as part of the Customer Service Team providing support to the Asset Management Function. This will include verification of the outlet bar and inventory records.
You will be confident communicating with all customers, from sales management, Service Providers, Retailers and Technicians. You will be organised and self-motivated, being able to plan and work independently, and be able to work with particular attention to detail and accuracy, even while working to tight deadlines. Team working is essential so being a strong team player is a prerequisite to being successful in this role. You will ideally have knowledge of MS Office applications especially Excel.
