Manpower have a number of Service Desk Agent opportunities available in Chesterfield. Why not join our growing team and put your customer service skills into practice every day?

Providing a customer support service to callers who are experiencing a variety of IT issues, you will use excellent customer service and problem solving skills to ensure that customer IT issues are fixed first time.

Whilst previous experience of working in a call centre and/or customer service environment is advantageous, we also want to hear from people with excellent communication skills, great telephone manner, a professional attitude, and a strong interest in IT.

You will deal with issues including user access rights, password resets, fault resolution and incident logging. With training available, we are confident that you will have the support required to make the transition.

Our office is open Monday - Friday 7am - 7pm so there will be no weekend working!

Please note that successful applicants will be required to undergo Her Majesty's Government Baseline Personnel Security Standard (BPSS) pre-employment vetting. This includes verification of your identity, criminal record, nationality, and immigration status. We also require evidence of your employment/ education history over the last 3 years. We may also require an overseas criminal record check if you have spent more than 6 months outside of the UK in the last 3 years. Further information will be given at assessment stage.
