Branch Manager

A new opportunity has arisen for a Branch Manager to join a fast growing global company based in Leeds city centre, with swish top of the range technology it prides itself on its unique offering of taking an idea from concept and design through to high end conversion.

The role will be responsible for the day to day running of the printing department - planning, directing and delivering the print sales activity and production by utilising all resources within the branch to achieve maximum efficiency and profitability. Guiding key team members, maintaining focus on strategy and growing/developing the business, through a mixture of staff motivation and development.

Duties include but not limited to/Skills needed: -

• You must be commercially astute, come from a printing background and technically confident e.g. print production/reprographics
• Proficient sales knowledge and a driven approach to seeking out and securing new business
• Able to develop strategic plans and manage the related P&L
• Experienced in managing customer services, ensuring quality, consistency, productivity and delivery levels are met
• Experienced in motivating, managing and directing staff
• Strong IT and numeracy skills, preferably with experience using SAP and internal systems

The successful applicant will be responsible for the sales and operations of the Leeds branch; this will include full responsibility for moving the branch forward, focusing on both local and national opportunities for the company as well as driving growth and change within the business.
