CNC Turner (Programmer/Setter/Operator)

A CNC Turner vacancy has become available within a global manufacturer of bespoke machinery with a worldwide client base. The successful candidate must be a CNC Turner programmer, setter and operator with the ability to operate Fanuc control systems and create programmes from engineering drawings.

The Responsibilities:

• Be required to work on small batches to a tight timescale
• Create CNC programs from Engineering drawings
• Set up and operate the machine accordingly
• Be responsible for the quality control of the parts produced
• Capable of using 3 Axis CNC Lathe with Fanuc 21 Controls
• Create programs from engineering drawings
• Production experience for capital equipment manufacturers, if possible within Packaging industry is advantageous

The Requirements:

• 5+ Years Experience
• Create CNC programs from engineering drawings
• Ability to operate a manual machine is desirable
• Having experience on other machinery will be advantageous e.g. Milling, Saw etc.

The Package:

• Bristol Based - BS14
• £26,500+ OTE
• Monday - Friday, 39 Hours Per Week
• 25 days + Public Holidays (33 Days Total) (28 days after completing 5 years' service)
• 3% Pension Contribution
