MONDAY - FRIDAY - 08:00 AM - 20:00 AM - FLEXIBLE SHIFT PATTERNS

SATURDAYS - 09:00 AM - 15:00 PM - 1 IN EVERY 2/3 SATURDAYS

Overview

An exciting opportunity has arisen for ambitious and motivated individuals who are keen to develop their Customer Service expertise within the white goods industry. My client are looking for people who are confident, ambitious and friendly to join their team working on their Inbound department. The successful candidate will be contracted to work 37.5 hours per week and the shifts will range from 08:00 am - 20:00 pm Monday - Friday. There is a requirement to work at least 1 Saturday every 2/3 weeks and they are open from 09:00 am - 15:00 pm. My client are offering an excellent opportunity and are looking to pay a basic salary of £18,336 per annum. There is also an annual bonus that can be earned for all staff members and this will equate to 5% of the total companies earnings and would be distributed out to all staff members. In addition to this, the company allow dress-down Friday's and there are many other benefits and extra that will enable you to love the job!

What Will you be Doing?

You will be working in an open-plan office on the Inbound Department answering calls from new and existing customers. Some of the calls you will be answering will include;

  • Effectively deal with inbound calls from customers
  • Advising on appliance usage
  • Trouble shooting issues
  • Making service bookings and processing accessory orders

Experience Needed for the Role

My client are looking for motivated individuals who have excellent customer service skills. The role will involve talking to customers on the phone so my client want people who are confident and have excellent communication skills. They are happy to take on any candidates who have experience in numerous different background such as; Sales, Call Centres, Retail and Hospitality. My client have stressed that they are looking for people who have the right attitude and want to develop themselves within the industry and therefore don't necessarily need to have experience in a similar environment.
