Your role

You will be the first point of contact on the telephone for customers looking to book their vehicle in for service or repair and will be the link between our customers and the workshop. You’ll ensure their smooth journey, from agreeing service or understanding repair requirements to booking in work. You will mostly deal with inbound calls but there will be an element of outbound calls to existing customers whose vehicles are due for servicing. It’s all about giving BMW customer’s peace of mind and an excellent first impression of the retailer.

Your profile

We’re looking for previous customer service experience, you’ll have a good, clear telephone manner and demonstrate a desire to help the customer and provide excellent service.

If you have the tenacity and commitment to realise your potential, we’ll give you the training to go as far as you can.
