Job Details
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a world leading global organisation. Our client, a blue chip FMCG company with Brands such as Dove, Knorr, Persil & Magnum, is currently looking for a Supply Chain Innovation Project Planner, based at their prestigious facility in Leatherhead. This is a full-time Maternity cover temporary role for a period of 14 months until the end of Oct 2019, working a 36.25 hour week. The role is paying between £31,600 and £37,050 per annum, pro rata, depending on experience.

Managing the project plan innovations coming from Asia and Middle East Capacity checks with stakeholders checking artwork is it on track regulatory side - managing the activities of the project ensure Sales manager has PO to buy stock Forecast product and advise factories
Responsible for Europe sourced products:
Responsible and accountable for driving and delivering all UI innovations in UI Europe.
Support other UI clusters with their projects, as part of a global innovation team.
Supporting project leads to ensure projects are launched on time
Link with internal stakeholders e.g. (R&D/category etc..) to maintain Unilever quality guidelines while operating at speed.
Works as part of a core planning team in UI Europe to deliver business goals
Minimise remnants/obsoletes
Inputs into UI S&OP process
Business partnering multi-business units within UI
Accountabilities
i.e. the performance/ delivery of self and others they will be judged by.
OTIF delivery of projects ?80%
Alignment of the UI global innovation process by setting up and managing the formal innovation process with the Europe business unit functions.
Provide support to the core planning team in UI Europe.
Feed information into customer service team to ensure product changes and innovation are introduced with minimum disruption to service.
Annual planning. Input of volumes and reconciliation versus target
Support set up and management of delivery lanes from SU with sourcing and demand planner
Supply and demand constraints and possible solutions / Market forecast assumptions
Key Interfaces:
Europe Supply chain team / UI Singapore/Dubai/USA/Korea/France /UK MCO /Global category teams
