At Manpower in Crawley we are currently recruiting for an Recruitment/Admin Assistant to work for us in branch. We are looking for someone available immediately on a temporary basis until at least Christmas.

The role will involve acting as a support function for our recruitment for one of the leading parcel distribution companies. You will work 37.5 Hour week Monday to Friday, usually 09:00 am - 5:30 pm, although your start and finish times may be flexible to meet the business needs. You main task will be to source suitable candidates for our client to meet their increasing requirements as we approach their busiest period leading up to Christmas. You will be responsible for posting job adverts, contacting applicants over the phone, booking interviews, registering/interviewing candidates face to face, as well as organising any assessments required with the client. Your day to day role may involve, but is not limited to, general admin duties around the office including both handwritten paperwork and operating the internal computer system, data entry, organising paperwork and candidate files, answering the telephone and greeting candidates in branch where required.

You will be based in our Branch in Crawley, but will also be required to complete candidate interviews on the client's sites in various locations across the South East. Therefore it is beneficial for candidates to have their own transport in order to travel to and from client locations. As you will be working with our computer systems, candidates should be IT literate, with experience using Microsoft Office and similar systems being beneficial. Experience within an office is beneficial however not essential.
