Your role

Supervising our small team of Parts Advisors, you’ll manage the day to day activity of the department to ensure that our high standards are adhered to, targets are met and all Customers leave the Parts Department satisfied with the service they have received.

You’ll act as a role model, giving individual advice to customers on everything from wheels to tyres to air conditioning systems as well as supervising the other members of the team. We want you to be proud of the parts – and the service you provide.

Your profile

You’ll will either already be a Parts Supervisor at another main retailer or have extensive experience as a Parts Advisor and now be looking to advance into your first Supervisory role.   

We’ll expect you to have a good general level of education and a driving licence. If you have the tenacity and commitment to realise your potential, we’ll help you to go as far as you can.
