Recruitment Consultant (Specialising in Business Support)

We are looking for a new Recruitment Consultant to join our very successful team located in our High Performing branch in Crawley.

Due to a high increase in demand in this sector we need someone to spearhead and develop our existing candidate and client base specialising primarily in the business support sector. This role will give you an opportunity to develop your own desk, bringing in new clients and resourcing suitable candidates to match these client demands, whilst also managing the current database of clients and candidates.

The vacancy available is for 37.5 hours per week from Monday - Friday based in Crawley town centre, with uncapped commission and the opportunity to work for one of the largest and most respected recruitment companies in the world, with endless options for progression and expansion of your own skills.

Recruitment is a very fast paced and regulated industry, where focus and attention to detail are essential skills for success. We are looking for a candidate with a background working within an office environment, and whilst previous experience within the recruitment industry is desirable, it is not essential as full training will be provided. Due to the nature of the industry, the successful consultant should be adaptable and flexible in order to deal with the changing demands of the current market. As consultants are expected to organise and attend meetings with current and prospective clients, candidates should have a driving licence and access to their own vehicle for this position.
