Manpower is looking for an experienced Estates Administrator to work within a large organisation based in Crawley.
Our client is looking for somebody to come in and hit the ground running, collating information, producing and chasing invoices, general administrative duties and working closely with the Estate Manager.
Responsibilities
- Processing orders and invoices on a regular basis for the Estates Department, ensuring all maintenance contracts and call-off orders remain in budget and to time scales within financial restraints.
- Be responsible for issuing keys and identification passes to contractors working in various areas of the site whilst taking all aspects of security in consideration.
- Provide administration and clerical duties to the Head of Maintenance and maintenance team.
- Responsibility for communication relating to maintenance requests ensuring the correct details are entered onto computerised system, chased if necessary and then when work is completed by craft persons feeding of work information back in the system to show complete costings and time spend on all maintenance tasks in line with requirements of auditors and finance department.
- Post holder will ensure that emergency work is acted upon communicating to the appropriate personnel, in a timely manner
Working hours will be Monday - Friday 8.30am - 5pm
Candidates wishing to apply for the role must have:
Previous Estates experience
Great organisational skills and time keeping
A good Excel knowledge and all round Microsoft Office knowledge
