We are currently seeking a recruitment resource to work within the construction industry in Rickmansworth, this will be a Monday - Friday role working 08:00am - 17:00pm at £18-20k per annum depending on experience, please see below for more information

Recruitment Resourcer

£18,000 - £20,000

8.00-17:00 (Monday - Friday)

Reporting to: Recruitment Manager

Responsibilities:

- Candidate Sourcing and initial contact

- Placing job adverts and monitoring on a variety of different job boards

- Organising and involvement with local job fares

- Liaising and meeting with councils and other and agencies

- Dealing with all applications.

- Engaging with prospective candidates and conducting vetting procedures to ensure only relevant candidates are submitted to site for consideration by the site manager.

- Resourcing from various job boards

- Candidate care and communication

Skills & Behaviours:

- Confident and positive, with an excellent telephone manner

- Experienced in recruiting candidates and ability to work from detailed information.

- Committed to getting the best result for all concerned

- Have a positive proactive approach and work well as part of a team

- Self-motivated and target driven

- Ability to build up a positive rapport with clients and people

Desirable Experience:

- Experience working in recruitment.

- Experienced at working towards targets.

- Strong sales and customer service experience.

- Basic knowledge of the construction market.
