Working 5 days per week (Monday to Friday) on rotating shifts between the hours of 07:00am & 6:00pm (37.5 hours per week). The rate of pay is £8.58 per hour. A performance bonus is also available as well as 33 days annual leave!
You will be joining a small, friendly, multilingual team who take pride in providing first class customer service to our client's loyal customer base across Europe. You will be helping customer with account queries relating to travel, accommodation, excursions and other leisure related deals that our client offers.
Your profile:
- Able to build a rapport with customers
- Excellent written / spoken English and German
- A team player but with the ability to act independently
- Committed to delivering exceptional service
- Experience of using web-based applications
- An interest in travel an advantage
