Air Export Operator

My Client is a global leader in the logistics industry, covering land, rail, air & ocean transport links, to ensure that all customer's needs are met & delivered with 100% satisfaction every time. Due to progression in the Team, we are now looking to introduce a new Air Export Operator.

You will already be experienced in air export, and have at least 3 years in post to demonstrate your experience. You will provide an efficient and proactive Export service to all customers, overseas and related service providers.

All aspects of Export operations must be demonstrated.

• Monitoring and actioning of generic email boxes and respond in a timely manner
• Arranging collection from vendors
• Utilising ProCarS to produce shipping documentation i.e. Mawb, Hawb
• Preparation of export entries in accordance with UK HMRC regulations
• Post flights
• Job file invoicing
• Cost control

• Ensure all queries and complaints are investigated and responded to promptly, both from external and internal customers / suppliers
• Support sales and CSM with customer visits as requested
• Support retention and growth
• Ensure all rates received are passed to the Team Leader for loading into ProCarS for auto rating
• Accuracy when populating records.
