Here at Manpower, we have partnered with an outstanding self-storage company with stores all over the UK.

The role consists of 12 hours per week (Saturday and 1 day during the week that would alternate with a Sunday), perfect for students and stay at home parents and people who want to juggle 2 Part Time jobs.

This role includes soft sales (Up-selling) and inquiry management.

Responsibilities:
* Provide excellent customer service
* Ensure that company policies are maintained
* Customer liaison through phone and email
* Maintain hygienic environment working to guidelines, health and safety regulations
* Up-selling products (Boxes, Bubble wrap, Locks etc.) to meet KPI's

Ideal Person:
* Confident on the phone and face to face
* Customer Service experience (Desirable)
* Ability to work to targets in a fast paced environment
