Customer Liaison Officer
Salary: £19,000 (£25,000+ with overtime and bonus)
Shifts: - 3 days on, 3 days off average 37hours a week
Manpower is recruiting for a Customer Liaison Officer on behalf of our client located in Enfield. The role is Permanent.
The role:
You will be required to drive a large van (long wheel based vehicle) to locations in and around Enfield. As the face of the company, your responsibilities will be providing welfare information, hot drinks and food packs, delivery of various welfare services and other requirements as and when needed. You will be dealing with members of the public and resolving any questions or queries they may have.
Ideal Candidate: The Role suits a person who can communicate face to face with the community and provide high customer service. You will be able to liaise in a professional manner with the client on the ground and using IT devices. Persons must be caring and self-motivated and able to work flexible hours.
Requirements:
" A clean and full UK driving licence
" A positive flexible attitude and able to do overtime
" Self-motivated and able to work with others
" Must be a good communicator
" Must be flexible with hours
" Happy driving a large van
