Are you an inquisitive person? Do you fancy yourself as a bit of a detective? Are you perceptive and empathetic? If so, we've got just the role for you working within the RBS fraud Team.

Working within the fraud team you will be taking calls from customers who are concerned there has been fraudulent activity on their account. It will be your job to offer reassurance to the customer during this very worrying time. Whilst you are doing this you will also have to establish if this is a genuine customer of the bank or a fraudster fishing for more information.

To turn you into a fully-fledged fraud buster you will receive 6-8 weeks training. You will learn all the ways that fraud can be committed on customer's accounts and how to identify these.

In order to be successful in this role you must have excellent communication skills, thrive on working in a fast paced environment. You will also possess good IT skills, being confident to flick between several open screens all at the same time!

The fraud department is located in Drummond House within the RBS building at the Gyle. It is a very busy and exciting place to work with lots of on-site facilities such as a restaurant, gym and a shopping centre nearby.

As the fraudsters never sleep, you could be working any day of the week (including weekends) between 8am and midnight, 35 hours per week on a temporary on-going basis.

You must be able to pass RBS pre-employment screening which includes a credit check and 2 years referencing. We need people to join the fraud team ASAP - Don't delay, apply today!
