We are currently recruiting for a Sage/Payroll Assistant to join a well-established organisation within Birmingham.
As a Sage/Payroll Assistant you will be providing financial administration support for the finance team as well as work closely along with the transactional services manager.
As a Sage/Payroll Assistant your main responsibilities will be:
- Undertake administrative activities
- Liaising with colleagues
- Assisting with Payroll
- Producing invoices
- Training staff on how to use SAGE
- Filing and scanning documentation
- Carrying out basic finance processes
- Data entry
- Support the efficient delivery of the finance department
Experience and skills required:
- Experience in using SAGE
- Able to use initiative and work within a team
- Pro-active
- Highly organised
- Ability to work within a fast-paced environment
- IT Literate able to use Microsoft Packages including excel
- Excellent communication and written skills
- Professional
