We are currently recruiting for a Sage/Payroll Assistant to join a well-established organisation within Birmingham.

As a Sage/Payroll Assistant you will be providing financial administration support for the finance team as well as work closely along with the transactional services manager.

As a Sage/Payroll Assistant your main responsibilities will be:

  • Undertake administrative activities
  • Liaising with colleagues
  • Assisting with Payroll
  • Producing invoices
  • Training staff on how to use SAGE
  • Filing and scanning documentation
  • Carrying out basic finance processes
  • Data entry
  • Support the efficient delivery of the finance department

Experience and skills required:

  • Experience in using SAGE
  • Able to use initiative and work within a team
  • Pro-active
  • Highly organised
  • Ability to work within a fast-paced environment
  • IT Literate able to use Microsoft Packages including excel
  • Excellent communication and written skills
  • Professional

This vacancy is to start immediately on a temporary contract.
