It is important that the successful individual is well organised as planning and prioritising is key. The Individual will be required to action and track all new partner registration requests via the Software Partner Community and provide efficient and accurate on-boarding status of our clients partners.
Responsible for overseeing all partners from end-to-end within the process.Day-to-day internal requests which may include contractual information, data reports from various tools or amending current partner territorial assignments. Involved in the development of on-boarding/contractual related process(s) and providing critical feedback to ensure the efficiency of processes and use of related tools. This individual will be the specialist for all contractual and on-boarding related topics within the EMEA region.
Responsibilities:
Managing the EMEA New Partner On-boarding Requests via the Software Partner Community
Manage and process New Partner On-boarding Registration through to Partner Set Up.
Legal and Regulatory Screening of the New Partner for Anti-Bribery and Anti-Corruption using Thomson Reuters World Check One
Responsive to EMEA Stakeholders who have queries and concerns regarding client Contracts
Manages multiple mailboxes ensuring that all queries and concerns are addressed with a high level of detail.
Implements specified changes to data, content and systems to improve data quality, operational efficiency and effectiveness
Provides contractual information to stake holders and amendments when required
Understand and maintain a vast knowledge of various processes, tools and jargon related to contracts and on-boarding
Education and Experience Required:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent
Typically 2-4 year's experience
Knowledge and Skills:
Experience in an administration/operations based role.
Ability to apply analytical, statistics and problem solving skills.
Ability to effectively multitask, organise and prioritise all aspects of the role.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Understanding of operational processes and tools; Microsoft Office, Sales-force.
Must be motivated, able to work to deadlines and self-teach topics when required.
A flexible approach is required.
