Administrator / Recruitment Resourcer / Recruitment Coordinator job opportunity available in Slough to work for ManpowerGroup, the world leader in recruitment and one of Fortune's Most Admired Companies.

The Opportunity:

This is an exciting role where you will be working with one of Manpower's major clients and assisting them with a high volume recruitment project that will commence at the beginning of September. This is a varied Administration/ Coordination role which, as part of a team, you will be required to do the following: Coordinating and Interviewing potential candidates and informing them of the roles available both face to face and over the phone, assisting potential candidates with the administration paper work involved in the application process, checking application packs, requesting security vetting, requesting and chasing candidates references, inputting candidate details onto the payroll systems, coordinating and arranging training and kit collection and attending sites to oversee smooth shift change over's.

You: Experience of working in recruitment is not essential as full training will be provided. You will be working in a very busy environment with over 50 candidates a day visiting the centre. Experience of being able to work well under pressure is therefore a must along with strong communication skills, the ability to confidently talk face to face and over the phone to potential candidates, and the ability to provide constructive feedback and rejection on occasion. The level of compliance administration required for the client is very high due to the nature of the business they are in, so your attention to detail, coordination skills and organisational skills must also be strong.

The Recruitment days will be on 29th or 30th August in Uxbridge, which will entail a group activity and 1-2-1 interviews. We would anticipate making offers within 24 hours of this, with training days scheduled for 5th and 6th Sept.

This is a full time temporary role, due to start on 10th September and expected to end in December.
