Customer Service Advisor - Call Centre
We have an exciting opportunity to work for the largest internet retailer in the world as a Customer Service Advisor based in a Call centre in Stoke On Trent. This is a full time role, paying between £17,680 - £18,996.
As a Customer Service Advisor you will be working within the Delivery Station, tracking lost or delayed packages and parcels, investigating how you can get the parcel to the customer as soon as possible.
Working in the Call Centre, the customer always comes first. You must provide them with accurate, up to date information and use your problem solving skills to keep them satisfied and happy.
Communication is key, and you must work independently to make investigations and decisions, liasing with 3rd party carriers.
No two days are the same, the company ships 1.6 million packages worldwide per day, so are looking for individuals who want career progression, growth and development.
As a Customer Service agent you must have a sold background of customer service, IT skills, strong written and verbal skills and be pro-active and diligent.
