Manpower are looking for Part-Time Customer Service Advisors to join a fantastic Contact Centre team based at the UK Headquarters, for the UK's market leader in the manufacturing of domestic Gas Boilers in Worcester. Our prestigious client are a global brand whose products and solutions are in use on every continent!

About the Role

As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be responsible for providing world class customer service, undertaking all relevant customer interactions and the accurate capture of customer data. You will advise customers of the best services available to them, maintaining relationships and using your initiative to resolve queries and complaints.

You will receive extensive training and so will be able to provide the best technical advice and support to customers to ensure their needs are met and their expectations exceeded.

Working within a great team you will contribute to the overall performance and work towards achieving and maintaining the department and your own personal goals.

Hours of Work

20hrs per week

07:00am - 11:00am OR 4:00pm - 8:00pm

You'll be joining us on a temporary basis with the potential for this to be ongoing or permanent through the company.

  • Initially the pay will be £8.10 per hour and after 12 weeks, your pay will automatically increase to £8.95 per hour
  • You'll start with 28 days annual leave year, but after 12 weeks this will increase to 33 days (including bank holidays)

The Ideal Candidate

  • Will have previous experience as a Customer Service Advisor and/or be familiar with working within a contact centre environment
  • Will be IT literate with a good standard of literacy and numeracy and possess GCSE grade C or above in English and Maths
  • Will have an excellent attendance record and be punctual
  • Will be quick thinking and able to problem solve/use their own initiative
  • Will be personable with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues in a pressured environment
  • Enjoys working in a fast paced environment

Additional information

*For the first 3 weeks you will be required to complete a training programme. This will be full time Monday to Friday 09:00-17:00*
