Customer Service Advisor - Call Centre (Stockport)

Permanent, part-time - immediate and ongoing opportunities

£16,600 pro rata per annum plus incentives, free Sky Q, phone and broadband and unique Sky benefits (£20,500 pro rata per annum total average reward)

As a Customer Service Advisor in our buzzing Stockport Contact Centre you'll speak with customers who have an issue or question about their Sky service. You'll quickly understand their needs and resolve their queries, whilst also looking for additional sales opportunities which would enhance their Sky experience. You won't be going it alone. Putting customers first is a top priority here and you'll be part of a supportive, fun and friendly team who are all focused on having great conversations.

What skills do I need to apply?

The most important skills in this role are great communication and customer service, with a genuine enthusiasm for delivering the best possible service. You'll love a challenge, and be keen to meet a target that stretches you. Most of all, you'll be a people person and love working a role where you can chat with lots of new people and put them first.

Four shift patterns are currently on offer - Tuesday to Saturday 1700-2200 (25 hours per week), Tuesday to Saturday 1800-2200 (20 hours per week), Sunday to Thursday 1700-2200 (25 hours per week) or Sunday to Thursday 1800-2200 (20 hours per week).

Please note, training shifts may not be the same as working shift pattern.
