Title: Facilities & Client Manager
Reports to: Director of Operations
MAJOR OBJECTIVES OF ROLE
Langstone Technology Park is a 500k sq. ft. multi-tenanted facility. The purpose of the role is to ensure effective FM services are delivered, in addition to being a primary liaison for the landlord and letting agents to support the letting process.
KEY TASKS (not an exhaustive list)
- Overall tenant liaison responsibility, to ensure all FM services are being delivered (primarily self-delivered by This Client) & identifying any new business opportunities or risks
- Manage third party contractors, including catering supplier by setting and monitoring clear SLAs
- Support annual Service Charge budget setting & reconciliation process
- Main point of contact for Institutional landlord
- Maintain landlord reporting database
- Co-ordinate the Letting process, including networking, hosting & managing occupation
- Responsibility for tenant retention
- Delivering revenue plan for additional services
- Responsibility for This Client FM delivery at additional site on adjacent Industrial estate
- Support tendering process for new business opportunities
- To embed a continuous improvement culture across all site processes
- Support the retention of ISO 9001, 14001 & 18001 standards.
KEY ATTRIBUTES (not an exhaustive list)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Effective IT skills
- Strong knowledge of setting and reconciling Service Charge budgets
- Proven track record of people management
- Good understanding of UK HR legislation
- Understanding of HSE compliance
- Prior large scale multi-tenanted site experience
- Prior letting process experience
- Entrepreneurial vision to develop business opportunities
- Awareness of service delivery contracts
- BIFM desirable
