Job Details

Our client is a leading energy provider who is committed to helping their customers in any way they can. The client sells electricity and gas to over 5.5 million residential and business customers, making them the largest supplier of electricity by volume.

Our client is looking for Customer Service Advisers to focus on direct activity with customers who have queries about their existing account. The callers will be from Large Businesses, so the purpose of this role is to provide excellent customer service across a variety of mediums, primarily on the telephone, to positively impact customer satisfaction and the customer perception of the company.


Responsibilities:

*Act as a first point of contact for business customers and third party suppliers (where applicable) across a variety of communication mediums, accepting responsibility for resolving a wide range of customer queries to their satisfaction.
*Ensuring adherence to KPIs and high levels of customer satisfaction.
*Payment Conversion.
*Managing incoming calls and responding to emails.
*Supporting other business areas as and when required.


Skills & Qualifications:

*Good communication skills (both written and verbal).
*Has experience in providing customer service.
*Ability to negotiate.
*Ability to deal with conflict and difficult customers.
*Enjoys an office environment.
