About the company

They are an international company that produces and distributes worldwide inspirational management content to executives through live business events.

For their Office in the UK, based in London, they are looking for an English Speaking Teleseller / Outbound Sales Manager.

They have an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated salesperson to join the team, to develop their business in UK selling executive education event tickets.

With their business events, they help senior level executives and companies by updating and improving their management knowledge across key topics (strategy, leadership, innovation, digital transformation, marketing, execution, new trends…).

Customers come to their events to learn from and be inspired by some of world's most renowned figures from business and beyond - a blend of content comprised of CEOs, entrepreneurs, innovators, thinkers, artists and sportspeople.

The role will be office-based and will involve 60 to 80 telephone calls per day to introduce their executive education event

Responsibilities

  • Manage the whole sales process from the first contact to the final contract negotiation
  • Research and first contact with new potential clients
  • Strengthen the relation with already existing customers
  • Business development through cold calling, e-mail campaigns, events participation and market research
  • Supporting customers in creating their tailor made event solutions
  • Managing the delivery of the projects in strong collaboration with the operations team

To be successful in this role, you will have demonstrated:

  • Previous experience in B2B Sales in services companies
  • Experience in managing assigned market segments and generating sales from new business
  • Achievements in meeting sales activity and revenue goals
  • Effective and professional presentation skills over the phone and in face to face meetings
  • Drive, ambition and great organizational skills
  • Knowledge of the corporate industry is essential, whilst knowledge within event sponsorship would be highly desirable
  • Bilingual English level is a must, whilst Spanish knowledge would be desirable
