As a customer support administrator, your main responsibilities will be:

Process customer orders and co-ordinate with the production team through to the delivery to the customer

Co-ordinate the return of rental equipment and ensure the factory receives the material into the system

Communicate with end customers, logistics partners and internal teams

Carry out post processing actions including reconciliation and invoicing.

The ideal candidate will:

Have previous experience in an Operational, IT or Finance role within a lease returns/reconciliations environment

Have good analytic and reporting skills

Have a high level of written and oral communication skills

Possess excellent organisation and time management skills and the ability to liaise with external and internal customers

Have a high level of work accuracy and attention to detail

Have advanced MS Office Skills ie Excel, Access and Outlook.

A flexible approach is required.
