Graduate Test and Support Engineer
You will be responsible for the following:
Participate in the integration and rollout of tested web components.
Provide direct daily support to system users on a daily basis using Freshdesk.
Analyse event logs and dashboards to understand or predict faulty behavior.
Measure the performance of the system daily to ensure SLAs are met.
Provide additional development support in HTML and other coding languages to generate new testing tools.
Lead code delivery and rollout process to deliver a fully automated deployment system.
A good degree or a master's degree or equivalent experience.
Some exposure to HTML/CSS coding
Some exposure to support roles via telephone or email ideally using Freshdesk or similar ticket handling system
Understanding of the development process within an Agile development environment
Experience of testing iOS and Android Apps and also to automated testing tools such as Selenium and Jenkins will be an advantage.
Strong communications skills both written and verbal.
Strong analytical, problem solving and logical thinking skills
Confident and able to demonstrate initiative.
Able to build rapport/relationships with users and engender confidence
A team player willing to do what is required to delight the customer.
