Manpower is currently recruiting for Production Operatives based in the Kings Norton area.

Our client is the world leader in commercial and military flight deck transparencies. They manufacture toughened laminated glass for aerospace flight deck windows and specialist safety glass.

Work must be completed to the highest level of quality - attention to detail is essential. We are looking for people with a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and a passion to do well, but ultimately have a long term career goal.

As a Production Operator your duties could include but not limited to;

• Polishing
• Glass inspection
• Button pushers on CNC machines
• Assembly of components
• Coatings
• Wiring harnesses on windows

Preferred experience environments

• Manufacturing
• Aerospace
• Production
• CNC usage experience preferred but not essential

These roles are long term and very often lead to long term careers with our globally respected client.

Rates start at £10.00 ph, after 6 months its £11.00ph and after 12 months its £12.50!
