Our client a pharmaceutical company based in the Chester business park are looking for a temporary experienced HR Benefits Coordinator on a 6 month temporary contract.

The role is standard 35 hrs a week - Monday to Friday but will require some flexibility in terms of start and finish due to the global nature of the role.

The role is paying £42.85 - £57.14p/h depending on experience.

Job Description

Change Request Management

  • Review and approve change requests and statement of work, attend weekly vendor review calls and ensure requests are prioritised appropriately, and progressed according to plan, monitor and track of change budget and create a forecast for 2019

Oversee enrolment windows and renewals management

  • Monitor and manage timely planning of windows and renewals, work with Total Rewards Operations to ensure change requests are submitted on time
  • Review lessons learned after each window and create best practise documentation for planning, testing and managing open enrolments, incl. stakeholder management, communication plans, etc.

Support Darwin Matisse look and feel implementation

  • Support the implementation of the new site design globally - coordinate testing and review requirements

Escalation point for service delivery issues

  • Keep log of any service delivery issues and flag concerns as appropriate, work with vendor to determine root cause and implementation improvement solutions, analyse data to understand trends and patterns

Knowledge document management

  • Review of all benefits-related knowledge articles and LWIs in Vitalize, create an overview of all current knowledge material and identify gaps, work with Total Rewards Operations to create missing documentation

Other responsibilities

  • Process review and documentation of global benefits plan operations for international assignees
  • Monitor employee queries related to benefits and identify solutions for optimization
  • Manage systems access and develop access governance process

Required skills and qualifications:

  • Project management qualification or relevant experience
  • Process improvement experience i.e. LEAN or Six Sigma
  • HR experience, benefits or rewards experience desirable
  • Experience working across different regions, ideally globally
