Here at Manpower's head office, we have a vacancy for a forward thinking and professional individual that wants to make a successful career for themselves. You will be joining a friendly team in a large corporation with multiple opportunities for training and progression.

Responsibilities:

• Qualification of Order - Understanding the role requirements to source and match candidates to suitable vacancies
• Liaising with client via telephone and email
• Create/Write a job advert
• Boolean searching - head hunting
• Telephone interviewing candidates
• Preparing candidates for interviews / Conducting interviews
• Candidate on-boarding - understanding client compliance
• Good attention to detail, with the ability to listen and follow instructions, adhering to deadlines
• Excellent communication skills
• Experience using Microsoft office Excel, Word and Outlook
• Ability to work out rates of pay
