SHIFT PATTERNS - OPEN FROM 08:00 AM - 20:00 PM - 7 DAYS A WEEK

ROTA BASIS WEEKEND WORK - SATURDAY 09:00 AM - 17:00 PM & SUNDAY 10:00 AM - 16:00 PM

Brief Overview

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Customer Service Advisor to join my clients team based in Slough. My client are a leading international service provider who help to support many well known brands within the Automotive, Telecommunications, Retail and Beauty industries. This role is working on behalf of a well known prestigious automobile company and will entail responding to customers enquiries and queries.

You will be representing a leading international automobile company whose global success has been driven by its well-recognised brand and close links with its customers.

What You'll Need

  • Have a strong interest in the customer service industry
  • Enjoy being part of a team but still have the drive to work on your own initiative.
  • Experience of communicating with a high volume of customers to deliver an outstanding service
  • Strong Analytical skills

We work 40 Hours a week:-Our shift patterns vary however our current office opening hours:

  • Monday to Friday are 8:00am - 8:00pm (Between these hours)
  • Saturday 9:00am - 5:00pm. (rota Basis)
  • Sunday 10.00am till 4pm (rota Basis)
