Outbound Sales Specialist

Outbound sales Specialist - 8:30am to 4:30pm Monday to Friday - £8.20 per hour/£16,000 per annum

Outbound Sales Specialist (Backshift) - 4:30pm to 00:30am Monday to Friday - £9.85 per hour/£19,200 per annum

Potential permanent opportunity for the right candidates. Minimum 3 months

You will be working within the Customer Experience team, daily duties and responsibilities will include:

Contacting customers who have not completed a purchase for reasons such as transactional failures/abandoned baskets to get them 'over the line.'

Pro-actively contacting customers to upsell products to enhance an original purchase.

Contact previous customers to encourage a repurchase.

Build the company reputation by encouraging customers to share their experience on social media and review sites.

Work with the Marketing Department to promote the company and build the brand in any face to face campaigns, this may include attendance at trade shows, fayres, promotions.

Work with the full customer experience team as required to add flexibility across different job roles, contributing to the team goals and KPI's
