An exciting opportunity has arisen for Engineering Administrator (SAP) to join a global leader in plant-based nutrition, our client is a leading Global FMGC company with brands such as Flora, Rama, Becel, Blue Band, I can't Believe it's not butter and ProActiv. This is a Full time (part time considered) temporary role for a period of 6 months, working 25-40 hours. This role is paying between £22,855 - £25,394 pro rata, and based on the Unilever/Upfield site in Purfleet, Essex.

MAIN JOB PURPOSE:

This role requires a Technical Administration Assistant to carry out activities of National Provider Identifiers (NPI) Coordinator and Receptor for the Technical/Production areas, provide maintenance planning support for the Technical areas.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • NPI Co-ordination and data processing associated with procurement of NPI materials and services for the production areas
  • Data processing associated with "Good Receiving" of NPI materials
  • Financial discrepancies activities associated with NPI materials and services procurement including receiving and managing discrepancies queries about price/ quantity mismatches
  • Responsible for liaising with the production technical team to support the completion of planned maintenance activities, through operation of planned maintenance scheduling systems and delivery of required parts on time and in full (OTIF)
  • Organise and maintain production documentation and computer-based information, devising and maintaining office systems to deal efficiently with paper flow;
  • Assist Site Engineering Manager collate budget and expenditure information,
  • Provide administrative assistance, e.g. photocopying, filing, mail sorting and the completion and processing of routine forms, to the Site Engineering Manager and other staff as required

SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:

  • Previous experience of general office administration
  • Previous experience of working in a FMCG manufacturing environment
  • Working knowledge of SAP/DCIW/Ariba
  • Literate and numerate to GCSE level
