Role: Team Leader

This position involves leading a team of 20 agents supporting large-scale advertisers who use AdWords to manage/run high revenue campaigns.

The TL will be required to lead teams supporting the APAC / EMEA Account Managers (AMs) and Campaign Managers (CM), coordinate, analyze and optimize campaigns to achieve client KPIs.

responsibilities:
* Team leading responsibilities, including work schedule adherence, SLAs, daily, weekly & quarterly targets
* Managing both internal & external stakeholders
* Leading client meeting on a weekly basis on process status, health, etc
* Creating Weekly, monthly & quarterly dashboards
* Work closely with other support functions including HR, Quality for driving improvements in the process

Communication:
* Diligently documents campaign optimization recommendations
* Sets appropriate expectations for all deliverables and alerts CMs if any deliverables are going to be delayed.

Requirements:
* 2 - 3 years of team leading responsibility along with client-facing experience in account management.
* High degree of MS Excel & PPT proficiency (including advanced features such as Functions and Pivot Tables)
* Strong communication skills with a proactive and positive approach to tasks.
